General Policy:

Livapo Jewelry saves no effort for customer full satisfaction. If unfortunately the item you received is shipped or made wrong (wrong product, wrong size, wrong color, obvious defects), please Feel Free to request an return/exchange. Absolutely no surprises, no catches. That been said, realistically, there are some exceptions,

  • Clearance items are Not returnable. Unless explicitly noticed, All products found from within the "Clearance" department are not valid for Exchanges and Returns;
  • Customized and custom made jewelries are neither Exchangiable nor Returnable, unless otherwise explicitly stated;
  • Wholesale lots outsourced on our wholesale customers' behalf cannot be returned to Livapo directly. During the outsourcing process and before the purchasing order is finalized, Livapo always try its best to represent the products in great details in terms of merchandise conditions and prices. Livapo acts as an agent. That been said, please sit back relaxed that Livapo Only uses the most reliable vendors and suppliers in the industry, whose primary objective is to establish long term relationship with their customers. Vendors that are irresponsible and nonresponsive after the shipping our orders will be permanently removed from our candidate supplier list.

Returns:

Items that can be returned / exchanged are limited to,

  • wrong product shipped;
  • wrong size;
  • obviously different from what's listed in our shop;
  • quality issues that prevent you from wearing it;
  • merchandises without explicit no return/no exchange notices, and non clearance items (not in the "Clearance" department).

In these cases you may return or exchange your merchandise within its grace period (see product details) of receipt for a refund. Shipping cost is Not refundable.

Please Note: Any returns or exchanges postmarked after 21 days of your receipt date will be returned to you.

Exchanges:

Livapo Jewelry reserves no effort to satisfy each and every of our customers. At Livapo Jewelry we proudly offers exchange to all our non-clearance products except otherwise clearly stated. Exchanges are subject to item availability. If the exchanged item is not available, a refund will be given upon request. Livapo Jewelry reserves the right to exchange for a similar item if the originally ordered product is out of stock or discontinued.

Please Note: Any returns or exchanges postmarked after 21 days of your receipt date will be returned to you.

Fees for Return/Exchange:

  • Customer is responsible for sending the returned/exchanged item(s).
  • Absolutely NO extra cost for returns, because we made the mistake.
  • A restocking fee of $15.00 per item will be charged on all exchanges & return items.
  • Customer should pay the shipping fee for exchange orders, which is equal to the original postage.

Conditions:

The goods must be in original condition for returns/exchanges. To make your shopping experience an enjoyable one, we Double check (literally we check twice) and inspect Each & Every merchandise leaving the warehouse. Returns are inspected upon receipt. Items must not have been worn, altered, or damaged, and must have all originals tags attached. Items with snags, rips, make-up stains, odors (i.e. cigarette smoke) or other damages will result in the item being returned to you. Please Note: If you do not accept the item being returned to you, we will charge you 50% of the value of the item, plus shipping charges, as a restocking fee.

How to Exchange or Return:

As a first step, please contact us to get an authorization number and a Return/Exchange Authorization Form. To facilitate the process, All return/exchange items sent to us Must be accompanied with a completed Return/Exchange Authorization Form with the authorization number on it. Any package that does not have a valid authorization number on it will refused at their expense.

Return/Exchange is 1-2-3 easy:
  • Initiate the Return/Exchange request:

In many cases, problems can be solved before you send us the product back. If we ask you to send the product to us, print the return form, fill it out, and send it back to us together with the product. Packages will be inspected upon receiving in our office. Refunds/Exchanges will be issued at that point.

  • Check your e-mail:

We will notify you by e-mail once your return has been processed. Click on the link. When your item(s) has been received, you will see Tracking #: RETURNED. For international orders, we are unable to refund import duties (if applicable) associated with your order.

  • After shipping your exchange/return:

Please track your return so you can confirm that we received your package. We also recommend you insure your return. Please Note: You are responsible for all charges associated with the return of your item(s).
